Što je to montažna gradnja i koje su joj prednosti?

The construction of prefabricated houses is quick, the possibility of error during the execution of works is almost non-existent, the houses can be manufactured as per your preferences, and they are environmentally friendlier than the traditional construction. The question is how safe they are, especially in case of an earthquake. The answers is, very safe.

The biggest advantage of prefabricated houses with the wooden structure, when compared to the traditional construction, is their small mass.

Compared to the traditional construction, which uses flammable insulation such as polystyrene, this type of construction with non-flammable mineral wool is safer in case of fire accident. Expanded polystyrene is commonly used as an insulator for concrete houses and is much more dangerous because it becomes toxic when burned, which is not the case with mineral wool.

Mineral wool, which is used as an insulator in prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure, has additional advantages. It is a healthier material, resistant to moisture, and has excellent acoustic insulation.
