We also offer the possibility of customisation in the selection of materials, in order to fully meet and satisfy your aesthetic standards. Roofing with sheet metal and the installation of wooden joinery, as well as wooden and stone façade is also possible.

The Turnkey option includes the following works:

1. All high-level rough works

2. Thermal and sound insulation of floors with cementitious screeds

3. Procurement and installation of flooring (parquet, ceramic tiles)

4. Procurement and installation of wall and floor ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms

5. Procurement and installation of stone tiles on terraces, balconies, entrance landing, and entrance stairs

6. Painting works, fine smoothing of Rigips boards on walls and ceiling, and painting in the colour of investor’s choice

7. Fine distribution of electrical installations with switches and sockets in white colour, and a power distribution box.

8. Plumbing fixtures with faucets

9. Procurement and installation of central heating and/or air conditioning systems according to the Main Design
